Guanajuato Post Card

Inspired by my family’s home state in Mexico:

Guanajuato, Gto.

Displaying one of the city’s landmarks, the Basilica of Guanajuato is represented in a traditional papel picado to represent the colorful landscape of the state capital.

We think parking meters could be improved for current drivers because today they are experiencing screen visibility issues and unclear parking instruction.

My team and I used human-centered design by conducting user testing to improve the UX and accessibility of SJ parking meters.

Redesigning Paul Arden’s book, Its Not How Good You Are, It’s How Good You Want To Be, I wanted to tell a story.

My goal was to intrigue a reader through visual storytelling.

F1 Tire Infogrpahic

F1 racing is highly streamed sport that requires understanding of strategy.

I created this infographic to more easily understand each tire’s capabilities in the race.

Utilizing several adobe programs, I incorporated icons and racetracks made through illustrator onto photoshop,

Ribbed finger pad silhouette for screen tilt intuitiveness and illuminating payment type during prompted action

Screen Page Design

  • Arrows were added for easier correlation between button pressing & action corespondent

  • The added car mascot was positively received by participants for engagement through page navigation

  • While designing pages, our participants expressed overwhelming amount of information on screens. While redesigning I made sure to create pages with simple prompts.
